The service

Nitpicky fetches a public page you specify and generates an automated SEO, performance, and accessibility audit. Free scans show a score and a teaser. A one-time 9€ payment unlocks the full report. Weekly monitoring is 19€ per month.

Your responsibilities

Only submit URLs you are allowed to scan. Do not use the service to attack, overload, or probe systems you do not own or have permission to test.

No professional advice

Reports are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not a substitute for a human consultant, lawyer, or accessibility audit. The service is provided as-is, without warranty.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. The 9€ full report is a digital good delivered immediately. Refunds are handled case by case: email hello@nitpicky.app. There is no promise of a refund. Monitoring is 19€ per month and renews until you cancel by emailing us. There is no in-app billing portal. Cancellation does not include an automatic prorata refund.

Liability

To the extent permitted by French law, we are not liable for lost profits, ranking changes, or damages arising from use of the reports. These terms are governed by the laws of France.
